West Coast Self Storage – Santa Rosa

Scope of Work: Work is currently underway at West Coast Self-Storage in Santa Rosa, CA, where a comprehensive build-out of the electrical system is being executed per plan. This extensive project of the entirely new building encompasses the installation of all panels, breakers, subfeeds, conduits, and wiring. In addition to the core electrical work, the project also includes the installation of the entire lighting package on all floors. This involves the installation of threaded rods, single jack chains, strut systems, and wiring raceways. The project spans a total area of 66,000 square feet. Initiated in the summer of 2023, the project is set to reach completion by Summer 2024, marking approximately a year-long commitment to building the facility’s infrastructure.
