Total Wine & More – Santa Rosa Ave

Scope of Work: The electrical build-out at the Total Wine & More store, located off Santa Rosa Ave in Santa Rosa, CA, was successfully completed in 2023. This project, which spanned a commercial space of 22,300 sq ft, took nearly 5 months to finish. Our team was responsible for a comprehensive range of installations. This included, but was not limited to, all safe-off and demolition work, the provision of temporary power and site lighting, as well as the establishment of low voltage and phone connections. We also ensured that all seismic requirements were met. The project involved extensive power distribution tasks, including the installation of equipment, lighting, fixtures, conduit, wiring, feeders, grounding systems, disconnects, panels, breakers, transformers, and generators. We also installed wiring devices, egress, and exit lighting. Throughout the project, we coordinated closely with PG&E to ensure all electrical work was carried out safely and to the highest standard. The successful completion of this project stands as a testament to our commitment to quality and efficiency in electrical installations for commercial spaces.
