StorQuest – Petaluma

Scope of Work: We successfully completed the construction of the StorQuest in Petaluma, CA, an impressive 90,530-square-foot, two-story self-storage facility. This ambitious project spanned a total of 10 months from start to finish. Our scope of work encompassed not only the physical structure but also the intricate details that make a facility functional and efficient. Within the facility, you'll find 686 individual storage units, two elevators, two restrooms, and a well-appointed office. Our team meticulously handled the installation of a comprehensive electrical system, including panels, light fixtures & controls system, security & access controls, mechanical power, and supply all necessary materials to complete said scope.
