StoragePro Hwy 12 – Santa Rosa

Scope of Work: At the new construction site of StoragePro on Hwy 12 in Santa Rosa, CA, installation is currently underway. The new StoragePro promises to be a state-of-the-art facility, serving the storage needs of Santa Rosa residents. Spanning 31,000 square feet, our team is working diligently to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Our scope includes the fitting of all electrical switches and panels, feeders, new lighting, power outlet circuits, and conduits. The team is also working on installing value-engineered light fixtures and controls. These fixtures are designed to provide optimal lighting while being cost-effective and energy-efficient. The project is progressing smoothly and is set to reach completion in October 2024.
