Orchard Station Rd – Sebastopol

Scope of Work: The new, ground-up construction of the 3000 sq ft home on Orchard Station Rd in Sebastopol was completed in about a year. The project included all interior and exterior high voltage wiring for the main building, which comprised a bar area, kitchen, dining area, living area, media room, 4 bedrooms, and 3 baths. Additionally, the work extended to the ADU Guest House, covering its kitchen, living area, and bedroom, as well as the Well Pump & Panel and other miscellaneous tasks.
