Scope of Work: The existing electrical system was upgraded by replacing the single meter with a 2 Meter Pack for separate unit metering. This included a new 2 Meter Pack, a riser, subfeeds to new and existing subpanels, breakers, a pull box/gutter for existing circuitry, and re-routing of existing circuits to each unit's meter. This upgrade provided more accurate electrical usage data per unit.
