Dawn Ranch – Guerneville

Scope of Work: Over the course of more than a year, a comprehensive electrical overhaul was meticulously carried out at Dawn Ranch in Guerneville, CA. The project began with the supply of power from the main service to three trailer lodgings, which were then fully wired. Simultaneously, four multi-room cottages, each equipped with a fireplace, were also fully wired and fitted. The scope of the project extended to the lodge, where power was supplied and enhancements such as scones, track lighting, and speaker wiring were installed. A significant part of the project involved replacing the conduit from under three cabins with new subpanels. The final phase of the project focused on servicing various locations around the ranch. This included the installation and servicing of lighting, timers, outlets, and data connections at the entrance, spa, office, boat house, glamping and outdoor areas, and parking lots. This extensive and detailed electrical work has significantly elevated the infrastructure and functionality of Dawn Ranch.
