Commercial Space – Santa Rosa Ave

Scope of Work: We successfully completed a comprehensive electrical project at a commercial space located off Santa Rosa Ave in Santa Rosa, CA. The business owner had initially contacted us to address the issue of two spaces that were originally one, but had been split without proper division of the meter, circuits, and switches. Over 3 days, our team meticulously identified and separated the switch legs and installed local switches. We installed conduit and wiring for new surface-mounted conduit and wiring for three 8-foot surface mount LED fixtures two existing, relocated ceiling fans. To ensure control of lights in the neighboring suite, we installed a switch and remote. We took great care to label all the components and tested them for proper operation. As a result, all new lighting and existing fans are correctly supplied from the proper meter. To finish off the project, we installed six new white cover plates and removed old trim lights and bulbs. This project has ensured that the lighting and wiring in the two spaces are now properly separated and functioning optimally. We are proud of the work we accomplished at this commercial space.
