Chancery Ct – Santa Rosa

Scope of Work: We successfully completed a project at a residence on Chancery Ct in Santa Rosa, CA. The opportunity was presented to us by the general contractor. The project involved refurbishing an old pergola in the backyard that was situated close to the house. The pergola, previously overgrown with plants, was cleared for use. An old receptacle located under the eaves outside the house was utilized to run MC and can lighting into the pergola. This setup was designed to accommodate an outdoor heater for entertaining purposes, necessitating the addition of a dedicated circuit. We installed four lights under the pergola, drawing power from an existing circuit on the house. A GFI was installed for the customer-supplied string lights. We ran pipes and mounted a junction box for each light, plus one for the existing heat lamp. Lastly, we replaced the existing switch in the house with a dimmer to allow for adjustable lighting. The project was executed efficiently and to the satisfaction of the general contractor and homeowner.
