Scope of Work: The successful completion of work at Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken in Petaluma, CA involved a comprehensive build-out of the entire electrical system as per the plan. Spanning approximately six months from start to finish, the project covered a total area of 2300 square feet and utilized MC Cable instead of EMT. All labor and materials necessary for the electrical scope of work were provided. This encompassed the installation of panels and breakers, the setup of sub feeds and gear, and the installation of light fixture outlets and apparatus. New equipment and power were set up, mechanical equipment was installed, and signage was put in place, all according to the plans and specifications. The project also included the installation of low voltage stubs with pull strings and the setup of lighting controls. Additionally, owner-supplied fixtures and trim were installed as per the plans and specifications. The meticulous execution of every detail resulted in a high-quality electrical system build-out.
