Lexus of Marin – San Rafael

Scope of Work: The Lexus of Marin dealership in San Rafael, CA, spanning 13,000 sq ft, is currently undergoing a significant renovation and expansion. The project includes expanding the showroom floor, adding service bays, and raising the showroom ceiling. Minor regrading is being done at the expansion area, and a trash enclosure shed is being constructed. Additional detail bays are being added near the existing car wash, and the site lighting is being upgraded with LED fixtures. New site lighting is being installed as required, along with EV charging stations. Bio-swales are being created for storm water treatment. The electrical work includes demo & safe-off, temp power, switchgear & panels, a complete light fixture & control system package, a low voltage system for security & access controls, and mechanical power. All necessary materials are being supplied by Esquared to complete the electrical scope and packages. The project is set to enhance the dealership's capabilities and customer experience, with an estimated completion date in Spring 2025.
