Banfield Pet Hospital – Santa Rosa Ave
Project Type: Commercial
Project Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Client: Warwick Construction
Scope of Work: Work was completed at the Banfield Pet Hospital located off Santa Rosa Ave in Santa Rosa, CA. The project involved a 3,667 sq ft tenant improvement within an existing shopping center building. The new veterinarian clinic now includes a lobby, restrooms, exam rooms, a treatment area, x-ray facilities, a surgery room, and other supported areas. The electrical construction was a significant part of this project, beginning with the capping and recording of existing unused power during the demolition phase, followed by the installation of a 225A 480V main power source and transformer, along with 2 new panels at 208Y. The installation of power and lighting circuits and outlets included all lighting and switching, 120V plugs plus GFI with standard Decora trim, with all circuits and outlets installed as per the plans. The project also saw the installation of low voltage cabling and outlets, lighting controls and conduits, and exterior, monument, and interior signage. Specialty equipment such as kitchen appliances, HVAC systems, water heaters, etc., were provided with feeders and outlets. These improvements have significantly enhanced the functionality and efficiency of the Banfield Pet Hospital, resulting in a well-equipped and modern veterinary facility ready to serve the community.
